Working with clay can make you impatient. It's a long process, but it's worth it! Finally seeing your fish out and nicely glazed you will love it. It's about two weeks of working with clay. Then a week of glazing. Following Mrs. Ruggles advice will definitely help.
I think overall my fish was okay. I Think the lettuce and cheese could have been better by make those all into one piece.
